There are three modalities used in electrolysis, and they each work a little differently! A brief descripton of them is:
Galvanic
This is true electrolysis. The moisture (H2O) and salt (NaCl) in the follicle combine with the direct current of electricity to naturally create lye, which dissolves the hair within the follicle
Thermolysis
An alternating current destroys the hair growth using super fast pulses of heat
Blend
Combines both galvanic and thermolysis.
