Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours beforehand. This is because people on the waitlist need time to grow their hair out a bit before being scheduled in your slot.
Any appointments cancelled with 25-48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
Any appointments cancelled with less than 13-24 hours notice will be charged 75% of the appointment price.
Same day cancellations or those cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged full price.
After two no-shows, clients will no longer be able to book with us.
If I ever have to cancel on you with late notice, you will be allowed to cancel on me with late notice once with no penalties. Fair is fair.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals will be charged for the full booked appointment price, but I may only be able to work on you for time remaining if there is a client booked after you.
For example, showing up 15 minutes late to an hour appointment means you’ll get 45 minutes of work, but charged for the full hour if I have a client booked right after you.
Groupons
If I have Groupons available, only one Groupon is allowed per customer.
Referrals
If you refer me a client who books a full price hour, you will receive 25% off the next hour you book.
The referral must name you as the one who referred them when booking their hour.
